Electronic Data Transmission System
Burnside Hydracyl have implemented an EDI system that allows our customers to create and modify orders in a very efficient manner.
The customer can login via an online ‘trading partner portal’ to adjust order quantities, forecasts and details.
These updates are immediately logged by our system, which notifies our sales department and production managers allowing them to plan accordingly.
ISO 9001 Quality Management Structure
Our production management system strictly adheres to ISO 9001 standards with all cylinders undergoing a full inspection before shipment including pressure testing and seal performance testing.
Our quality control department ensures that every component and hydraulic cylinder manufactured by Burnside conforms to the detailed specifications as agreed with our customers.
Material Requirement Planning
Once a customer places an order with the Burnside team we transfer the design to our secure computerised design system. The system analyses the bill of material required to make the cylinder and then alerts our purchasing department to order the required equipment and materials.
